Refund / Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase from WaterPressure.info. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Each Pressure Guard unit is individually checked, calibrated, and reviewed for accuracy before shipment. Because the product can be installed, handled, or altered after delivery, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in the limited case of products that arrive damaged.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • installed products
  • used products
  • modified or altered products
  • misunderstanding of the product
  • improper installation
  • buyer's remorse
  • change of mind

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at dave@waterpressure.info.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the damage
  • photos of the product and packaging

If the claim is approved, the item may need to be returned before a replacement is sent. Return instructions will be provided if required. Approved damaged items will be exchanged for the same product only.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for products that arrive damaged. We do not offer exchanges for products that have been installed, used, modified, or ordered in error.

Installation Responsibility

The customer is responsible for proper installation and use of the product. WaterPressure.info is not responsible for problems caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
