Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Each Pressure Guard unit is individually checked, calibrated, and reviewed for accuracy before shipment.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery date shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dave@waterpressure.info.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the damage
• photos of the product and packaging

If the claim is approved, the item may need to be returned before a replacement is sent. Return instructions will be provided if required. Approved damaged items will be exchanged for the same product only.

Lost Shipments

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us so shipment details can be reviewed.
