Shipping

Orders are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the website and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, and other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been installed, used, modified, or altered in any way. We also do not provide refunds based on misunderstanding of the product, improper installation, or buyer's remorse.

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at dave@waterpressure.info with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if available. Approved defective items may be exchanged for the same product.

For approved exchanges not caused by damage or defect, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
